On-Demand Maths Tutoring
About the project
In 2017, as part of Nesta’s ‘Click, Connect, Learn’, Tutorfair Foundation developed an on-demand app, offering 1:1 maths tuition to students from disadvantaged areas through an instant messaging platform. The app was piloted in four schools over the 2017-18 academic year, beginning in September 2017. During the pilot year, another 21 schools were enrolled, giving access to more than 3,000 students.
