Celebrating 2024: How we made a difference this year
As we look forward to 2025, and to welcoming 250 new young people into our community in January, we want to take a moment to celebrate 2024 and all the achievements made by our collaborators, mentors and students this year.
If you’d like to support our 2025 students, please scroll to the bottom of this page to find out how. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Maths Circles
Throughout 2024, we have supported more than 200 students via our Maths Circles programme, delivered in collaboration with Axiom Maths. This programme teaches nominated young people mathematics that goes beyond what they learn through the National Curriculum and allows them explore additional topics, furthering their love for Maths whilst allowing them to make some new friends along the way.
We are also looking forward to meeting our new Maths Circle Mentors, who will support the expansion of the programme in 2025. Get to know our fantastic existing mentors here.

Volunteer Tutoring
Alongside Maths Circles, our Volunteer Tutoring Programme has continued to pair expert tutors with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds right across the country. Working with organisations like Hestia, Urban Promise UK, Chapter One, SEO and The Mentoring Lab, we’re proud to deliver high-quality 1:1 tutoring completely free to the students who need it most - all with the help of an incredible cohort of more than 100 volunteers. You can find out more about our partner organisations and the vital work they do to support young people on our partners page.
